Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 slices fresh ginger (1/4-inch thick slices)
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (approx.)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Methodology

  1. In JAWZ High performance Blender, combine mango, banana, pineapple juice, yogurt, honey, ginger and turmeric; blend on Speed 8 until smooth.
  2. Divide evenly between 2 glasses. Sprinkle with chia seeds and pinch of turmeric.

Tips

  • For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
