Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 slices fresh ginger (1/4-inch thick slices)
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (approx.)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Methodology
- In JAWZ High performance Blender, combine mango, banana, pineapple juice, yogurt, honey, ginger and turmeric; blend on Speed 8 until smooth.
- Divide evenly between 2 glasses. Sprinkle with chia seeds and pinch of turmeric.
Tips
- For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
