Ingredients
- 2 cups packed fresh parsley
- 1 cup packed fresh cilantro
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup packed fresh oregano
- 2 small shallots
- 1 small red Thai chili pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Methodology
- In JAWZ High performance Blender, combine parsley, cilantro, oil, oregano, shallots, chili pepper, garlic, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper; blend on high until smooth.
