Ingredients
- 4 cups kale leaves
- 1 cup packed fresh basil
- 1 1/3 cups olive oil
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
Methodology
